Refunds

Ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase, through any channel, and the first request is honoured without argument.

Where to ask

• Bought in Google Play: request the refund through Google Play, which issues it.
• Bought in the Amazon Appstore: request the refund through Amazon, which issues it.
• Bought on this website: write to [email protected].

A subscription bought on this website is cancelled from Manage subscription on your account page. Cancelling on its own does not refund; to get a refund within 14 days, write to the support address.

A refunded purchase stops unlocking the app once the store reports it.
