Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software. The software plays sources you provide; no channels, films or other content are supplied with it.

NxtGenTV Elite is media player software with no bundled content: you supply your own third-party playlist URLs.

Accounts and devices

One account may be signed in on up to five devices at a time. You can remove a device at any time; a device that has not been used for 30 days may be removed automatically to make room.

Plans

A yearly plan renews until it is cancelled where it was bought. A lifetime licence does not renew. Moving between plans is not prorated.

A subscription bought on this website can be cancelled from Manage subscription on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; for a refund, see the Refunds page.

Where the app is offered

The app is offered in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Purchases on this website are available only to buyers in those countries; a purchase made from anywhere else is refunded and carries no licence.

Runs on Android TV / Google TV, Fire OS Fire TV devices, and Android phones and tablets. Vega OS Fire TV devices are not supported.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
